Thank you for visiting japanreal.com, my name is Alex and I run this website along with the help of my network of real estate agents and partner companies. I myself used to work as an agent here in Japan for several years. My experience spans from working on hotel development projects, the leasing, securitization and sales of such projects, to the brokering, acquisition and sale of deals worth over three billion yen (land, hotels, apartment buildings, condos, etc.). I have lived and worked in both Hokkaido and the Tokyo areas for a total of 15 years and am thus most familiar with these two markets.

I also have passed the Japanese real estate license exam (“Takken”) so not only have market knowledge and experience but am also learned in the laws and regulations involved.

I now help foreign investors acquire Japanese properties and own and manage several properties myself.
